Tollgate Primary School has always aimed to extend its pupils views of the world by helping them to learn and think critically about different cultural, economic, and political perspectives. As such, we work in close partnership with schools across Europe and Asia through the British Council.

 

International Links at Tollgate Primary School does provide, for some, a valuable means of improving language skills, but it is not primarily an MFL based initiative. We are proud that our projects provide any pupil and staff with an interest in travelling abroad and offering cultural experiences.

 

We focus on the Sustainable Development Goals to raise pupils' awareness and their understanding of the world through the curriculum and special events across the school.
