The Resource Provision have been learning all about the topic of On the Farm and have been reading the book ‘Little Red Hen’. The children really enjoyed learning about how bread is made, especially how the Little Red Hen made bread with the help of the farmer. Children had the opportunity to learn this essential life skill of making bread with the help of their teachers. They learned how to follow step-by-step instructions, the importance of hygiene when washing their hands and how to be safe around dangerous tools such as an oven. The bread was delicious!
